Several young talents from the Riojan cuisine come together in Kabanova as part of a dynamic team led by Lucía Grávalos (Headchef) and Fernando Villarrubia; and always immersed in the process of research and development of new flavours and ideas for an everchanging menu, in accordance with the fresh seasonal produce. Together they develop, among others, proposals such as the seasonal menus, which are themed around the produce of each season of the year; or the dinners paired with the wines from different wineries of the Qualified Designation of Origin Rioja. All this in a unique and special atmosphere—where the space is the active player in the experience, including a new reserved area, for those datse that seek a point of intimacy.
